the staff at reception were helpful. they provided assistance when needed.
The room felt very cramped. There wasn't space for luggage. the bathroom lacked privacy due to the frosted glass door. i also found the air conditioning made the room too dry.

i found the hotel modern. CHECK-in and check-out were straightforward. The room was indeed cosy, perfectly suited for a brief stay. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facilities. Not having daily housekeeping was acceptable, as it often feels unnecessary.
